As I sat last night and listened to the loud thunder and saw the bright lightening during the storms, I thought about the power of God. He has the ability to create such amazing sounds and a beautiful light show. To us, it’s all unpredictable. The weathermen try to give us the most accurate forecast but only God knows what will happen.
Our Christian life is just like the unpredictable weather. Some days it may be bright and sunny and the very next second it could be dark and stormy. We can be having the best days of our lives and then in the blink of an eye be living a nightmare. But remember God’s power? He is the only one that can save you, heal you, and turn your life around. God knows what we need and it’s up to us to reach out for his love to protect us during our dark days. He has a family of amazing people who can help as well. If you are struggling for any reason, reach out to God, pray, and let Him know you need Him. God is Good!
