Most people our age (or older) remember the old Verizon commercial that the man walked around all parts of the county testing his cell service. He would go onto the mountains and in the middle of nowhere. Everywhere he went he would ask the simple question…”Can You Hear Me Now?” The commercial was geared to let you know that Verizon was constantly working on their connection with others.
Do you know that there is one connection that you never have to worry about losing signal with? It doesn’t matter if you are on a remote island off of Antarctica or hanging out with Santa at the North Pole. The most important signal you will ever need is the direct connection with our God. God has his own special hotline that is always available. No busy signals, ever. The best part is that he lets you talk and he listens. There are never dropped calls.
A lot of people only use this connection when they are at church or when they are struggling. God wants us to talk to him. If you are struggling with anything, God is available to listen to you and help you. He is the only one that can change your life but it’s up to you to call on him.
